Our product philosophy

We value human attention. The InfiBuild app is designed to remain ad-free, and we do not believe it is right for us to decide which ads you should see. We do not use advertising SDKs to monetize your use of the app.

Uploaded model files for the purpose of printing
Order & payment metadata (amounts, status). Payments are processed by Razorpay; we don’t store full card/UPI credentials.

Basic device, browser, app-version, and diagnostic information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service

How we use data

We use data to provide quotes, fulfill orders, process payments, ship products, communicate status, maintain account access, improve app and website reliability, support older device versions where feasible, and comply with legal obligations.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data.
We do not show third-party ads inside the InfiBuild app.
We do not use advertising identifiers to target ads to you inside the app.

We retain order and account records for as long as needed for operations, tax, and legal compliance, then securely delete or anonymize.
