Cancellations & Refunds

Before printing starts

You may cancel for a full refund if we have not started printing yet. Contact support as soon as possible with your order ID.

After printing starts

Because items are custom-made, we generally cannot cancel or refund once printing begins. We’ll try to accommodate changes where possible, which may incur additional costs or partial refunds at our discretion.

Defects & issues

If your print is defective or arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will reprint or refund (full or partial) depending on the issue.

Refund method & timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (for COD: to your bank/UPI) within 5–7 business days after approval. Bank processing times may vary.

Non-returnable items

Customized 3D-printed items are not eligible for “change of mind” returns.
