Shipping Policy

Processing & print time

Orders are typically confirmed within minutes. Printing usually takes few hours to 3 business days depending on model size, quantity, and material. We’ll contact you when your order is confirmed and again when it ships.

Shipping time & carriers

Orders within India typically arrive in 2–4 business days. We generally ship via DTDC, but if you prefer another courier, just let us know. A tracking link will be shared as soon as your order is dispatched. We can do international shipping too, if you want.

Shipping fees

Shipping is calculated at checkout or included in the quoted price, depending on promotions and service level. Any special handling charges (if applicable) will be shown before payment.

Address accuracy & delivery attempts

Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate. If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect details or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damage or loss in transit

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the product so we can help file a claim and arrange a reprint or refund as appropriate.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible orders/locations. We accept UPI at the time of delivery. Refusal on delivery may affect future COD eligibility.
