1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our policies referenced below.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You’re responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining account security.

3. Orders, pricing & taxes

Prices are shown in INR and include any applicable fees as displayed. Because prints are customized, quotes are estimates until confirmed on the server at order creation. We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g., incorrect pricing/data).

4. Payments

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We don’t store full card/UPI credentials on our servers. COD may be offered on eligible orders.

5. Uploads & intellectual property

You represent that you have rights to print the models you upload. You grant us a limited license to process and fabricate your models solely to fulfill your order.

6. Prohibited content

No illegal items, weapons/weapon parts, content that violates IP rights, or anything prohibited by law or carrier policy.

7. Quality & tolerances

FDM prints have visible layer lines and standard tolerances. Minor surface artifacts are normal. If you receive a defective print, please contact us within 7 days—see our Cancellations & Refunds policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfiBuild is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order at issue.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Venue and jurisdiction lie in the courts of your business’s state/city.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
